Our comprehensive in-house CAD facilities enable our customers to produce tailor made drawings and niche items to ensure cost-efficiency.

In order to increase efficiency and to speed up design, Kare Sheet Metal Products uses industry standard design applications such as Sigmanest, Solid Works and AutoCAD. Sigmanest is a leading CAD/CAM system for
programming multi-torch profile cutting.

The software improves both material utilisation and machine motion while maximising productivity and cost effectiveness.

Design files can either be created in-house by our design engineers or imported from a wide variety of file formats.
